Shipping Insurance Protection is available to opt in at checkout for packages that are damaged during transit - if the order is not covered by Shipping Insurance - contact USPS to file a claim + answer any questions you may have.
Orders that are covered with Shipping Protection Insurance, and have been damaged during transit - please feel free to File a Package Claim

Processing Times
Time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see individual listing(s) for times. Processing times are NOT inclusive with shipping times. Processing times are the times it takes to have your item(s) crafted and ready for shipment. Priority Shipping with insurance options are available.
Tracking Numbers
A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed after an order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Be sure to check Spam/Junk folders if necessary.
International Customs + Import Fees
International purchasers are responsible for any Import or Custom Fees that may apply. This includes VAT taxes that may apply to some international countries. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
